M. Dawson (Antonio Margheriti) Synopsis: When
trail boss Morgan from Texas is found to be dying, his foreman Pike promises to take the $86,000 from the herd's sale back to the fine folk in Sonora. No sooner is he on his way back than he is attacked by a gang of marauders, but he is saved by a gambler named Tyree who is also after the loot. The two black men head for the border with a posse led by Sheriff Kane hot in pursuit. The two men are also being stalked by a vicious bounty hunter named Kiefer. Along
the tough way, the duo save Catherine and an Indian youth Kashtok from outlaws. No sooner have they cleared up this danger than they are under attack by Kiefer and his men. Catherine is gunned down when she tries to escape with the money. Kiefer later kills the sheriff when the latter refuses to join the chase. Pike and Tyree blow up a mine killing some Mexican cutthroats and then head for Sonora with Kiefer still on their trail. |
